COVID-19 Announcement
***New Office Protocols and Procedures
- In an effort to keep our community as safe and healthy as possible, there are new procedures in place at the clinic.
- - If you are experiencing ANY of the following symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, or loss of taste or smell, we kindly ask that you not come into the office and instead, switch to a Virtual Office Visit to further assess what treatments may be necessary.
- - Please complete the COVID Prescreening Questionnaire sent via email 24 hours before every scheduled appointment.
- Masks Required* in the office at all times. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided at the front desk.
- - Upon arrival:
- --- Please use the hand sanitizer at the front desk.
- --- Temperatures will be taken by a contactless thermometer. Temperatures of 100.4 and above will be kindly asked to reschedule and/or switch to Virtual Office Visit to assess further treatment
- --- Patients will be escorted directly to the treatment room immediately upon arrival.
- - One Way Flow of Traffic - please enter through front door and exit out the back door.
- - Appointments will be spaced out to reduce the number of people in the office at the same time
- - HEPA Air Filters with UV Disinfectant Light placed throughout the office and in the treatment rooms.
- - All surfaces have been updated to include single-use, disposable paper products and wipe-able surfaces. Additional time built into the schedule to allow for extra care in cleaning.
*Exceptions include any medical condition that prohibits or recommends against doing so (please call ahead to discuss).
